If you don't have any equipment or anything. I watched the movie Beauty Shop last night and she went in thinking she was gonna get like 100k to start, but got 30,000 dollars. Is that how much it would cost to secure a spot along with equipment? Any input is welcome

i think the lease route unless something good comes up. What commercial type should I be looking for because I only see Retail and Office on the sites I am looking at http://www.cityfeet.com/ajc/

Are most places modified to make the space into a salon? Do I need a commercial broker?

Between 1500 and 2500 sq. ft.
