With the way the economy is now, are you doing anything different to get your clients to come back more often? Some clients are waiting longer to get their touchups, are you offering discounts? Contacting clients?

That's a great question - I would love to hear what other people have to say. Especially since it’s always hard to find ways to reach out to old customers and catch their attention (and even harder during these economic times). I get a birthday card from my stylist every year – inside a reminder to come in and mend my split ends
