What's your story? What made you gravitate to the industry of hair? Did you just think one day that you would be a stylist, barber, make-up artist, nail tech? Does it run through your blood or you have parents or relatives who are in the biz? What made you who you are in the hair business?

I myself had an uncle and a grandfather who were barbers and I watched them growing up and felt that I could do the same thing. It was something about the way a room would smell after a fresh hair cut, the way the powder and alcohol would smell once applied after a person would sit down with the roughest of hair to leave with a smile and a fresh haircut. At that time I knew that this was for me. I tortured my little brother until I got my skills up. That's what drew me into the biz, how about you?
