Hair Like Noah(Darryl Stephens) on Noah's Arc

HI I'm desparately in need of picking a hair style that brings the best out of my slightly round, fem face. I want the hairstyle like Darryl Stephens on the 1st season of Noah's Arc. Please help me as for as advice on how to get this accomplished and maintenance.
