Do you view/purchase styling & cutting videos, take classes to increase your skills?

Just a question about how are you keeping your skills up? Do you use videos or attend classes to increase your skills? If you have not or do not, why haven't you? Is it the lack of variety? Availability?

Would you say that these videos help? Would these videos help all in the industry, veterans, or newbies to the industry more than the other?

I did get a couple videos. But here it's hard to find the newest/latest vids. I would love to attend classes but budget is not letting me do that right now.

Would you say that the videos helped? Was there a place you bought the vids online or in the stores?

I got the knowledge but I couldn't use the same technique because I didn't have those type of shears. It was Paul Mitchell Carving Comb I think.
