Hey everyone just introducing myself.I have a salon in East Orange,NJ.I offer many services and have recently begun to incorporate FULL LACE WIGS into my repertoire.Being my own boss has been great.So far I haven't been able to find any decent help,but I don't let that stop me.I just find new ways to boost income.I'm all about advertising.Always looking for new ways to get my name out there.

What's crackin' keep ya head up on "findin' decent help!" That's tough even for the big wig corporations. They say that good people find you so, just keep pluggin' at it, and doin' what you do... and you'll get someone that sees your hustle and want to join the team.
