I agree with you completely. Just the other day when our shop was about to open in a new location, we were told to hand out the coupons. Some of them were for the free haircuts, some of them had $10.00 off haircut. I was handing out as much as I could but the girl who was with me refused. Her excuse was "you don't want to hand them out like candy. I said "well that's the whole purpose, so that you can drive people in your salon, thus they will tell more people about it". I know what it was, she did not want to do free haircuts. But you lose something to gain something. So I know what you mean.
