You know what? every response was greatly appreciated and they were all excellent. but you are correct 100% about not biting off more than you can chew or you could soon be looking at a grand closing. In my case my business will function even if there are no booth renters and its best to plan it that way. so that if ever someone or everyone decides to jump ship you can hold it down.
