Make sure you weed out the bad APPLES!!!!!!!! If they have any bad habits, they are more than likely to bring them too. Don’t just count the dollars that they may bring as booth renters are commission workers. If you have worked with these stylist/barbers for a while you should no something about there work habits, attitude, skills, and customer service. Will they be an access to your business? YOU are now the BOSS a business owner. Friendship goes out the back door when you are running a business. Before you decide to take these other stylist/barbers with you make sure they will be an access to you and your business. I’ve been a salon owner for 18 years, I’m not talking fiction these are facts. BUSINESS IS BUSINESS.
