Don't take it personally bruh and don't add fuel to the situation by getting nasty back! Usually when someone is having a bad day they're looking for someone to take out their frustrations out on because they can't deal with their own stress. Just so happens that it may happen to fall on you. Remember they're the paying customer so we got to respect the fact that they came to spend money in the shop. Also if it's a regular head, you should be able to tell if it's one of those days. If it's a first timer, just let 'em know you understand they havin' a bad day, and you're trying to help them get what they came for. Most will appreciate acknowledging and lighten up because you're not the bad guy! If it's a repeat head and they always like that then refuse 'em service, and let them know your reasons. Biggest thing though is to maintain your cool!

Holla!

Respectfully yours,
M-Boogie
