What is the February Fade - Out?

Well, you will find out this weekend. This will be the first contest to kick off that will allow those who are members to compete in contest whether it is barber vs. barber, stylist vs. stylist, or vice versa. This is in no way trying to make someone feel bad, but without competition, you can't improvem, and if you can't be pushed to be the best you can't take care of your clients. So this month we will start with the Barbers and next month with the Stylists.
